Redmarley offers workshops for individuals and small groups on developing presence and personal impact. These sessions help raise awareness of the impact you have on others and explore ways of changing that impact. The workshops have been designed to offer practical tips and take-away exercises.

We focus on exploring the energy you bring into the room, the way you stand and move and how you use your hands. We look at the impact your physicality has on not only your mental and emotional state but also the effect it has on your audience, from one to one conversations to presentation-sized audiences of hundreds.

Particular focus is given to breathing and the voice. Your voice is the most important communication instrument you have available to you. Most of us use only a small part of our range. By practicing simple breathing techniques we will explore ways of increasing the power and tonal range of your speaking voice.

This session will also consider what is meant by Presence, that quality some individuals have which enables them to make quick and deep connections with other people. We will explore ways in which we can demonstrate confidence, optimism and enthusiasm, how to captivate an audience and how we can feel comfortable in showing our truly authentic selves. We offer exercises which help to develop the specific skills necessary to develop this powerful quality.

This is not about changing your personality or pretending to be someone else but to offer a more compelling version of who you really are.
